yada yada
yada yada is “a verbal filler to stand in for parts of a story that someone doesn't want to repeat or that they consider trivial.”
To yoga with me is not like yada yada.
It is like yada yida.
And what is that? That is to explore body, mind and soul — by moving in a way that builds not only physical strength, but also deep awareness and purpose.
I have more than 15 years of yoga practice in my back-pack, primarily in the fields of dynamic and powerful yoga. Which I love. And I believe that sharing is caring — so I also love to teach yoga.
My teaching is grounded in trust, happiness, and power — guiding others to feel strong in their bodies and connected to themselves. I take yoga seriously, but not too seriously. There’s always room for a laugh and a bit of humor, because yoga is about finding presence and joy, not perfection.
When I’m not on the yoga mat, I work in marketing and sales. My professional background gives me a natural understanding of different environments and how to create real impact — even in the most high-powered settings.
I blend seamlessly into any situation and even get the tightest leadership team or board of directors to loosen up and embrace the practice.
I offer tailored yoga sessions for groups, private classes, and longer-term collaborations — always adapted to fit your needs, whether it’s at the workplace, at the gym, or in a more personal setting.
Yoga helps to build resilience, improve focus, and foster a sense of connection and community — wherever you are.
Let’s move together.
Let’s grow together.
And you will find flow, power and joy.
